The whole premise behind Live Whole Be Free is that there are multiple facets to your life that all play a big part in our complete health and wellness. I think it is a combination of all of these things being in balance that makes us truly healthy.

- Supplementation (not a doc, so I can only give you general guidelines, and point you in the right direction)

There are several different options when it comes to engaging my nutritional counseling services. This first one, the “Lifestyle Creation” is the one I recommend because it’s the most involved. Recent studies now show that it takes an average of 66 days to break/create a habit, and I can tell you from personal experience that many times it takes longer than that. As soon as you start to feel like you “get it”, that is the most crucial time to stay the course and keep going!
LIFE CHANGER – Recommended
2 consecutive months: $380
First, we figure out what your goals are. Then, we get a baseline of where you’re at currently by determining (as accurately as possible) your RMR and logging your food intake for several days. From there, I develop a plan for you spanning the amount of time that you choose, taking your exercise, goals, RMR and lifestyle into consideration. You log your food, send me your journals, which I review weekly. Each week I provide you with “next steps”, new ideas, suggestions, recipes, etc. You are progressed slowly, as rapid overhauls to your diet are not recommended for lasting success in my opinion. Consistent, steady progress is recommended for lasting lifestyle changes and success. I provide you with macronutrient breakdown goals and adjust when necessary.
COURSE CORRECTION – Single Consult: $80
Same as above—we figure out what your goals are. Then, we get a baseline of where you’re at currently. You’ll log your food for one week. I will review your logs and by taking your RMR, exercise and goals into consideration, I will send you my suggestions, some new recipes, macronutrient tweaks and food swaps based on your goals.
Follow up to single consults: $30
You can elect to participate in a free follow up session. After the initial revisions to diet have been sent, you will incorporate revisions into the diet for an elected period of time depending on the your individual needs. You must incorporate changes into your diet for a minimum of 14 days, then I will review new food logs and send revisions. Must follow up between 2 weeks and 30 days for follow up consult to be valid.
The catch here is that you and I will determine a follow up date. For example, let’s say we decide it is three weeks after the single consult. That gives you three weeks to make changes and log as we decide is necessary. It’s at that three week mark that I will want to see your food logs and review them. If you send me your food logs 4 months later, the free follow up is no longer valid.
